Privacy Policy

Neureps Inc. (the "Company") complies with applicable privacy laws, including the Personal Information Protection Act of the Republic of Korea, and handles with care the personal information of users of the mobile applications (the "apps") we publish and of our website (neureps.com). This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and what rights you have.
1. Information we collect
We collect only the minimum information needed to provide our services.
- Information you provide directly: your email address and the content of your message when you contact us by email
- Information we collect automatically: none. We operate no servers, no account system, and no analytics tools, and we do not collect app usage records or error (crash) logs. When ads are shown in the free tier, Google may process advertising identifiers and certain device information, as described in Section 3.
We do not ask for information that directly identifies you, such as your name or government-issued identification number.
2. Data handling in Neureps apps
Apps provided by the Company are designed not to store user content on Company servers.
- App content stays on your device: photos, videos and metadata handled by the app, AI-generated descriptions and comments, your nickname and profile photo, and app settings are stored only in the app's storage on your device and are never sent to Company servers.
- AI runs on-device: captions and comments are generated by an on-device AI model; your photos never leave your device.
- The network is used only for: (1) downloading the AI model file (one-time — no user data is transmitted), (2) serving ads in the free tier (Section 3), and (3) payment processing by the app store (Google Play / App Store) for in-app purchases.
- Deletion and backup: internal app data is excluded from automatic operating-system cloud backups and device-to-device transfers. Deleting the app removes its internal data from the device, and the Company has no remote copy it can access, restore, or delete. Backup files and PDFs you explicitly export must be managed, moved, or deleted by you at the location where you saved them.
3. Advertising and third-party services (Google AdMob)
Our apps use Google AdMob, provided by Google LLC, to serve ads in the free tier.
- Non-personalized ads are preferred: the app requests non-personalized (non-interest-based) ads for every ad request.
- Your photos, captions, comments, and nickname are never used in ad requests.
- In the European Economic Area and other regulated regions, a consent dialog is shown on first launch, and you can change your choice at any time.
- After purchasing ad removal, the ad SDK is not initialized and no ad-related traffic occurs. Payments are processed by the app store; we never see your payment details.
To serve ads and measure their performance, AdMob may collect and use advertising identifiers, device information, and approximate location data. In the process, this information may be transferred abroad (e.g., to the United States or wherever Google's servers are located). For details, please see the documents below.
You can reset your advertising identifier or limit personalized ads in your device settings.

5. Retention and deletion
We delete collected information without delay once the purpose of its use has been fulfilled. Inquiry emails are kept for up to one year after a reply is sent and then deleted, unless a longer retention period is required by applicable law.
6. Your rights
You may at any time request access to, correction of, deletion of, or suspension of the processing of your personal information. Contact us at the address below and we will act on your request without delay. The only information the Company holds directly is the email address and message you send when contacting us. Internal app data is not held on Company servers; delete the app to remove it from your device, and separately delete any files you explicitly exported from the location where you saved them.
7. Children's privacy
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 14. If we learn that a child's information has been collected, we will delete it without delay.

9. Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, we will post a notice on this page at least 7 days before the new version takes effect. For significant changes, we will also provide separate notice, such as an in-app announcement.
