Neureps Inc. (the "Company") complies with applicable privacy laws, including the Personal Information Protection Act of the Republic of Korea, and handles with care the personal information of users of the mobile applications (the "apps") we publish and of our website (neureps.com). This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and what rights you have.
1. Information we collect
We collect only the minimum information needed to provide our services.
- Information you provide directly: your email address and the content of your message when you contact us by email
- Information collected automatically while using our apps: device model, operating system version, app version, language setting, app usage records, error (crash) logs, and advertising identifiers (ADID/IDFA)
We do not ask for information that directly identifies you, such as your name or government-issued identification number.
2. How we use information
- Providing, operating, and improving our apps and services
- Analyzing errors and improving quality
- Serving ads and measuring ad performance
- Responding to inquiries
3. Advertising and third-party services (Google AdMob)
Our apps may use Google AdMob, provided by Google LLC, to serve ads.
To serve ads and measure their performance, AdMob may collect and use advertising identifiers, device information, and approximate location data. In the process, this information may be transferred abroad (e.g., to the United States or wherever Google's servers are located). For details, please see the documents below.
You can reset your advertising identifier or limit personalized ads in your device settings.

4. Retention and deletion
We delete collected information without delay once the purpose of its use has been fulfilled. Inquiry emails are kept for up to one year after a reply is sent and then deleted, unless a longer retention period is required by applicable law.
5. Your rights
You may at any time request access to, correction of, deletion of, or suspension of the processing of your personal information. Contact us at the address below and we will act on your request without delay. You may also use the same contact to request deletion of your app data.
6. Children's privacy
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 14. If we learn that a child's information has been collected, we will delete it without delay.

8. Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, we will post a notice on this page at least 7 days before the new version takes effect. For significant changes, we will also provide separate notice, such as an in-app announcement.
